High School Team: (Captain) Wabash Lady Apaches (Varsity, 3 years)

Years Played: Since age 6/7, Travel Softball since age 8

I've been playing softball since I was 6 or 7 years old, and my love for the game has only grown since then. I started out very young as a pitcher. Honestly, I wasn't good, but I never gave up. I found a coach that believed in me and pushed me beyond my limits. Every game, every practice, I gave my all. I have grown a lot since I started, I can now throw inside, outside, a screw, a curve, a dropball, a riseball, and a changeup. I have played on a travel team since I was 8 and I have been on Indiana Magic Elite 18u since I was 14. I have worked with Coach Little ever since I started playing, he has shaped me to be the player and person I am today. Playing on an 18u team at such a young age has pushed me to improve my skills and compete at a high level. Being a part of a team that works together and strives for excellence has been key to my growth as a player. I have been a Varsity pitcher all three years of my high school career. My high school career has taught me teamwork, discipline, and perserverance, and I look forward to continuing to grow as an athlete.
